Will-Call tickets may be picked up at the Box Office starting one hour prior to the event start time. Guests must present their confirmation number, the credit card used for purchase, and a valid photo ID.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Event details, including date and time, are subject to change.

  ACCESSIBILITY

The Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests. Accessible parking is available on-site, and wheelchair seating is located along the main walkway for easy access. Guests accompanying wheelchair users may sit adjacent to them in provided folding chairs to ensure everyone can enjoy the show together comfortably.

  PARKING

Our secured parking lots are located at Franklin Street, Chene Street, and Atwater. See the parking map below. Cash, card, and tap-to-pay are accepted on-site.

1. Gravel Lot: Enter on Franklin Street near the intersection of Chene and Franklin, or on DuBois near the intersection of DuBois and Franklin.

2. Grass Lot: Enter on DuBois near the intersection of Atwater and DuBois.

3. North Lot: Enter on Chene Street near Jefferson.

 

Handicap parking is available in the Gravel Lot on a first-come, first-served basis.
